Can I refund or exchange my purchase?

To exchange your Storyteller purchase, you will need to e-mail and advise us within 14 days of the purchase. We will then provide instructions as to how to send the product to us.

Unfortunately, as all engraved orders are custom made, they cannot be refunded/exchanged.

I cannot find the country flag I require on your flag list, will this be added?

Although we have a large range of countries available, we do not have every country at the world at the moment.  We are however adding new countries each month, so please bear with us while we expand our Flags to cover every country in the world!

Need a specific country? Drop us an email and we will try and give you a timescale of when we are likely to add this!

How do I use my voucher?

With a voucher, you’re able to get a discount when you purchase products through our online store. Here’s how to claim your discount:

  1. Pick your products from our online store.
  2. Go to your shopping bag and then check out
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your order summary page where it states ‘Coupon code’.
  4.  Type your voucher code into the field and hit ‘Apply’.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries around the world however there are certain countries we don’t ship to Russia and Brazil being the two largest that we don’t. Please note that there may be some taxes and customs charges applied upon delivery.

I am a travel blogger, can we work together?

We love awesome travel bloggers! Although we have an in-house creative team, we do occasionally look for some outside help. Simply send us an email with your thoughts and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
