SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
With customers in over 30+ countries, we can send your purchases anywhere in the world!
Orders vary if your products are engraved and personalised, but the following delivery times are for all standard Storyteller orders:
- 3-5 business days in the UK*
- 6-14 business days to Australia, Canada, AND USA
- 8-28 business days to the rest of the world.
For engraved orders, delivery times are 5-7 working days.
This year our postal partner Royal Mail have had increasing demand due to Covid and therefore some parcels are taking longer to arrive. We are therefore dispatching orders as soon as possible from our side, but cannot hold responsibility for orders not arriving on time due to Royal Mail delays. We would therefore urge you to process all orders by 17 December 2020 to give your awesome accessories time to arrive.
We will process all NON-ENGRAVED flag orders during the Christmas period, but please note that our offices will be closed between 24 December 2020 – 2 January 2021.
All engraved orders after 22 December 2020, will be prepared and dispatched during the week commencing 6 January 2021.

Please note this service is only available for customers in the UK.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We package and ship your order as soon as possible, but please note we do not ship on Sundays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Storyteller cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, postal delays etc.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us. If you have any questions, please email us directly at email@example.com and our production team will be able to assist.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN MADE?
If any changes are required to your existing order, please e-mail us within 5 hours of making the order and we can get this all sorted for you!
